CRP has a dedicated team of design engineers who have many years experience in the design and manufacture of equipment for use in chemical and pharmaceutical processes.
With in house PFA moulding expertise and equipment we are quickly able to develop designs for complex PFA moulded components to support our sampling business. Special reactor sampler manifolds and custom pH probe connectors can be easily supplied.
On reactor sampling systems there is often a requirement for lined pipe & fittings, as CRP has lots of experience in these products special mating piping components can be designed & supplied.
We are able to take process P & I D s and design sampling systems around them to suit your process.
Sometimes processes can prove to be quite a challenge to sample and can cause significant problems to chemists and plant managers. Here CRP's experience can be invaluable in creating a cost effective, safe sampling solution.
