Lined Piping - Elbows
CRP offers a wide variety of PTFE / PFA lined elbows. All PTFE lined elbows are lined with paste extruded PTFE liners flared each end over the flange faces similar to our pipe spools. We have standardised on PFA mouldings for our 90 degree cast elbows which are very resilient to permeation and offer flat faced flange faces.
Our standard elbows are all manufactured to ASME B16.5 class 150 dimensions. We can also offer elbows to DIN dimensions, all our elbows can be supplied with a stainless steel body for use on clean rooms etc,

Elbows along with all our lined equipment can be supplied with virgin unpigmented liners or static dissipating (Anti-static) liners to prevent static build up within piping on site.
