Lined piping systems
CRP manufacture a comprehensive range of PTFE and PFA lined pipe and fittings.
The PTFE and PFA fluoropolymers we use have some unique properties, they are chemically inert having near universal corrosion resistance which we specifically use to convey the most corrosive and toxic processes in Chemical and Pharmaceutical plants around the world. PTFE has the best coefficient of friction of any solid – giving excellent non stick properties keeping pressure drops to a minimum and preventing blockages of viscous lines etc. it is also use in high purity applications and an alternative to exotic materials such as Hastelloy.
Where stainless steel piping has been corroded already or is deemed unsuitable at the outset PTFE lined piping is likely to be the solution.
At CRP we know that product integrity is paramount, we use only the highest quality base polymers and resins manufactured by well known global producers. We do not source these critical materials from emerging economies.
The majority of our fittings are manufactured form investment cast steel giving high dimensional accuracy. They are supplied to ASME B16.5 class 150 dimensions; we are able to manufacture to other dimensional standards DIN etc. upon request.
We can manufacture Van Stone flanged pipe spools offering considerable cost savings over welded construction spools.
Our piping systems can be supplied with virgin unpigmented liners or static dissipating (Anti-static) liners to prevent static build up within piping on site.
We are able to supply our full range of piping and fittings with a stainless steel body, ideal for clean rooms, pipe bridges, underground runs etc.
CRP has it’s own range of field flare piping systems and tool kits to allow rapid construction of closing spools on site. We are able to offer full training on these processes to your teams along with lined pipe installation training workshops.
