Our own range of sampling equipment covering inline & vessel liquid, gas & powder samplers.
SD VM 100 Vessel mounted sampling systems, mounted directly to a dip pipe at the top of the vessel,
FM 100 Free mounted sampling system, designed to take samples under vacuum from process vessels.
SD IL 300 In-line sampling device with metallic wetted parts, most commonly the body and spindle are manufactured from 316L stainless steel.
SD IL 400 In-line sampling device with PFA lined wetted parts, for use in very corrosive processes where stainless steel would be attacked and corroded.
SD IL TC Long pattern flanged In-line sampling device with stainless steel or hastelloy wetted parts.
SD IL 500 In-line sampling device fitted with a syringe sampler. The wetted parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel typically.
SD IL 600 In-line sampling device fitted with a syringe sampler. The sample device body having a PFA lined stainless steel construction with a Hastelloy spindle, for use in corrosive processes.
SD VM 700 Dry powder sampling systems, generally of stainless steel construction but available in exotic materials. Designed to operate in a horizontal plane.
SD VM 800 Dry powder sampling systems, mounted on the vessel lid, extended in to the vessel vertically to take a core of powder from the process.
SD IL 900 Syringe samplers used with 500 & 600 sampling devices. Syringe samplers are available with stainless steel or Hastelloy wetted parts.
Surface Mount - Metallic sampling valve designed to bolt on to the side of a vessel or large bore pipeline.
APN/SG A volumetric type sampling valve.The body and ball are manufactured from PFA moulded ductile iron.
AtoPro Volumetric sampler available in unlined stainless steel and PFA lined ductile iron.
