CIP systems are used to ensure that all bacteria are removed from the dairy lines without resorting to 
disassembling the equipment. Mild acidic detergents are pumped through the pipelines thoroughly sterilising the plant between changing production to different grades of milk.
CRP has engineered a remotely mounted inline sampling valve which in this application is fitted several metres off the ground. Whilst still dispensing the sample conveniently near the ground.
The valves operation is carefully controlled and integrated into the dairy’s DCS (distributed control system) as part of a whole clean in place monitoring system maintaining problem free production.
